Full job description

We are searching for a Document Controller that will be responsible for document management, project documentation, records management, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1 year experience in document control (construction/MEP industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Manage and control all incoming/outgoing project documents and drawings.
  • Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (soft & hard copies).
  • Ensure version control and timely distribution of updated documents.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to provide the latest approved documents.
  • Archive and secure all project records for future reference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
  • Candidates with working knowledge of Excel Macros (VBA) and Power Query will be highly preferred.
