Social Media Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media, Content Creation & Marketing Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand presence, creating engaging content, and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, footfall, and sales across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies specifically tailored for F&B brands and outlets
  • Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials for daily posting
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design creative visuals, menus, promotions, and campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, offers, and seasonal events
  • Coordinate with operations teams to capture real-time content from outlets (food, ambiance, customer experience)
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation
  • Run paid marketing campaigns and promotions to increase reach and conversions
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Support in-store branding, events, and promotional activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in social media, content creation, and marketing within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in photography, videography, and editing (F&B content preferred)
  • Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong creativity with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlets/projects
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
