About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Fitness Trainer / Gym Trainer to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests and members with their fitness goals, conducting training sessions, ensuring the safe use of gym equipment, and maintaining a positive fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans.
• Guide guests and members on the proper use of fitness equipment.
• Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Monitor member progress and provide motivation and support.
• Ensure the gym and fitness facilities are clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform routine inspections of fitness equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Promote fitness programs and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

• Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related field. Such as REPS UAE Level 3, NASM-CPT, ACE Personal Trainer, ISSA Personal Trainer, Active IQ Level 3 Personal Training
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer, Gym Instructor, or Personal Trainer.
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness programs, and gym equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage guests and members.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
