A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that help employees develop skills, improve performance, and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training and development needs across the organization.
  • Design learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  • Facilitate training sessions and coaching activities.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
  • Support leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, and career growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject-matter experts to identify skill gaps.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
