Job Description: Site Engineer

Responsible for overseeing and managing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing works such as but not limited to plastering, painting, flooring, flooring, tiling, aluminum and glazing and other interior and exterior finishes are completed to the highest standards. To coordinate with project consultants, main contractors, and sub- contractors to ensure that all finishes align with project’s design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

1. Coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure timely completion of handover processes, and provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the handover process.
2. Thoroughly inspecting a property, identifying any defects, flaws, or unfinished work, and creating a detailed snagging report. It ensures that the property is in proper condition and meets the agreed-upon standards before handover or occupancy to the end users
3. Responsible for the de snagging at the time of the Orientation of the property before the handover process is completed with the clients.
4. Overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, to make sure quality and safety of the ongoing works.
5. 6. Strong communication and leadership skills
7. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and best practice
8. Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications
9. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and sequencing of f inishing tasks.
10. Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, and joinery.
11. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing activities.
12. Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of finishing works.
13. Monitor the progress of finishing activities, addressing any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
14. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to finishes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Skills & Qualification Required: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering(Mandatory)

• 5–10 years of relevant site experience in the UAE, specifically in finishing and handover stages.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices. • Excellent inspection and snagging abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
