Plans, produces, schedules, and optimizes social media content for all three companies. Manages daily brand presence across platforms, content calendars, community engagement, performance reporting, and operates the tools that keep it running.

What You Will Do:

Content Planning: Own and maintain the content calendar across all three companies, aligned to campaigns, launches, and key dates

• Copywriting: Write captions and short-form copy for all platforms, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, adapting tone per brand
• Scheduling: Schedule and publish approved content via Hootsuite or Buffer; keep queues clean and consistent across entities
• Community Management: Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and DMs, and escalate anything requiring sales or management input
• Optimisation: Optimise profiles, hashtags, and posting strategies using platform data; use and suggest tools for trend and competitor research
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, reach, engagement, follower growth plus clear recommendations
• Approvals: Coordinate content sign-off before scheduling; follow briefing processes.

What We Are Looking For:

3-5 years of social media experience, ideally in real estate or a related sector

• Hands-on with SM management tools.
• Strong copywriter, consistent across multiple brands and platforms
• Data-literate, reads analytics and turns them into actions
• UAE market familiarity is a strong advantage
• Salary AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Final salary will be discussed during the interview
• English Proficient
