About Mosadad
Mosadad is building the settlement rail for motor insurance in the UAE — backed by the Central Bank, Hub71, and the Government of RAK. We connect insurers, garages, banks and the regulator on one platform so claims are settled in days, not months.

The Role
We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to win, onboard and grow our insurer and garage partners — owning the full journey from first demo to live, high-usage accounts.

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Build a sales plan to achieve individual targets — covering prospective, potential and targeted clients, the services to offer, and the expected number of transactions per client.
  • Lead generation.
  • Run the pre-sales process: demos, platform walkthroughs, capturing client requirements and inquiries, and training.
  • Support the Commercial Director in closing deals.

After-sales & account management:

  • Onboard new clients.
  • Prepare client requirements and the customization execution plan with the technical team.
  • Test the required workflow and accuracy before creating client user credentials.
  • Hold weekly meetings with client teams to gather feedback, inquiries and additional requirements.
  • Hold monthly meetings with client management to ensure satisfaction, maintain the relationship, and drive increased usage and up-sell of new services.
  • Conduct monthly review and analysis of client usage and service accuracy.
  • Review generated invoices against usage; agree usage with the client for monthly invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with service contracts across operations, legal and finance.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in account management / B2B sales, ideally in insurance, automotive, fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong pre-sales and relationship skills; comfortable running demos and closing.
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic highly preferred.
  • UAE market experience and an ownership mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree.
