The Service Owner is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, governance, performance, and continual improvement of enterprise network services. The role owns service strategy, operational stability, supplier performance, financial management, service transformation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to ensure business continuity and alignment with organizational objectives.

The position requires strong experience in network service ownership, managed services governance, supplier management, service transitions, and infrastructure transformation programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own end-to-end Network Service delivery across SD-LAN environments.
• Ensure service availability, operational stability, resilience, and customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain governance frameworks, service standards, policies, and operational controls.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues impacting business operations. Manage service lifecycle activities including service transition, service readiness, operational acceptance, and continual improvement.
• Govern managed service providers and strategic suppliers against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive supplier accountability through regular service reviews and performance management. Manage annual service budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and business case development.
• Support commercial governance, contract renewals, and service investment decisions. Own service risks, dependencies, change governance, and business impact assessments.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and service quality improvements through KPI and trend analysis. Ensure business continuity and service resilience through proactive risk mitigation and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with global service teams, PMOs, business stakeholders, and local IT organizations to deliver strategic initiatives successfully.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Managed Services, Network Operations, or related service leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a Service Owner, Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Regional Infrastructure Leader.
• Demonstrated experience managing network services, suppliers, and large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
• Experience managing service transitions, operational governance, risk management, and business continuity activities. Experience working within global, multi-vendor service delivery environments.
• Expertise in managed network services, network service transition, infrastructure transformation, and service automation and reporting.
• Strong skills in business relationship management, continuous service improvement, and leadership and influencing skills.
• Core service owner competencies, technical and transformation domain knowledge, and expertise in service management (ITIL), service governance, supplier and contract management, SLA/KPI management, financial and budget management, and risk and compliance management.
