Full job description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations and documentation activities of our cargo company.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and relocation documentation.
- Perform daily data entry to CRM and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain operational databases, spreadsheets, and customer records.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and update shipment status information.
- Maintain inventory records and track operational materials.
- Prepare reports and operational summaries as required by management.
- Organize physical and digital documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Assist in customer file management and document verification.
- Handle administrative and operational support tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in operations, logistics, documentation, administration, or a similar role (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or relocation documentation will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
