We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Operations Executive with hands-on experience in NVOCCand Freight Forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end shipping processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day NVOCC and freight forwarding operations including booking, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, DOs, invoices, and cargo manifests.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with industry software is a plus.
