Job Summary

Almuraqib Fiber Glass Industry LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before data entry.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
  • Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect and update information.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of company data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma or bachelor's degree is an advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
