Full job description
Responsible for promoting, selling, installing, commissioning, and servicing medical equipment and consumables while providing technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, installations, and user training.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical issues, spare parts, and warranty support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, service reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in medical equipment sales and/or service is preferred.
- Strong technical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- UAE healthcare market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
