A&M International is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and quality objectives.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Identify project risks and challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices.
Mentor and guide project teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of proven Project Management experience within the United Arab Emirates.
Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale projects from concept to handover.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning techniques, budgeting, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities in a multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international organizations and diverse project teams.
Strong understanding of UAE regulations, standards, and project execution practices.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
