Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a disciplined, professional, and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate and have experience in safeguarding retail or commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, customers, and assets.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
  • Control visitor access and verify identification when required.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
  • Prepare daily occurrence reports and incident reports.
  • Enforce company security policies and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate/License.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE security experience (retail or supermarket experience preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Physically fit with a professional appearance.
  • Strong observation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
