Mall Security & Operations Supervisor (Male)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and proactive Mall Security & Operations Officer to oversee all security and safety operations within the commercial destination. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and employees by supervising security personnel, enforcing operational policies, managing emergency response procedures, monitoring access control, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. The role will also support the overall operational efficiency of the mall through effective coordination of security-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily security operations of the retail and food truck community to ensure a safe, secure, and orderly environment.
• Lead, train, schedule, and monitor the performance of security personnel and outsourced security contractors.
• Conduct routine security patrols and inspections of retail units, food truck platforms, parking areas, service corridors, and common areas.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Enforce mall rules, security procedures, and operational policies while addressing violations in a professional manner.
• Investigate incidents involving theft, vandalism, accidents, disturbances, and other security-related matters, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, evacuations, and disaster preparedness drills.
• Liaise with Dubai Police, Civil Defence, ambulance services, and other government authorities during emergencies or security investigations.
• Monitor contractor and service personnel access, ensuring proper permits, identification, and compliance with site security procedures.
• Ensure fire exits, emergency equipment, and evacuation routes remain accessible and compliant with safety regulations.
• Identify potential security risks and recommend preventive measures to minimize threats to people, property, and business operations.
• Assist in crowd management during peak hours, promotional events, festivals, and special activities.
• Coordinate with the Retail & Tenant Relations Supervisor to address tenant security concerns and support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security inspections, patrol logs, visitor access, and operational reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, municipal, and regulatory requirements applicable to commercial retail operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, security breaches, and operational incidents while ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mall, retail, hospitality, commercial property, or facility security management.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, emergency response procedures, fire safety, and security operations.
• Experience supervising security teams and coordinating with outsourced security providers.
• Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and security regulations is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and incident management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
