Job Title: Admin Secretary

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Hold EU passport ( Must)
