  • A modern office in Dubai Internet City

What You will Do:

You’ll work alongside our Ecommerce team to support daily marketplace and D2C operations:

  • Customer Support & Order Management Assistance:
    • Track order statuses from confirmation through delivery; flag exceptions and suggest process tweaks.
    • Triage marketplace & D2C inquiries, escalate complex issues, and follow up on returns/refunds.
  • Logistics Coordination Support:
    • Help liaise with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to ensure documentation is in order and shipments stay on schedule.
    • Assist in executing contingency plans for delays (customs, inventory shortages) and documenting lessons learned.
  • Product Catalogue Migration & Maintenance:
    • Support the migration of product data into new platforms—validate imports, help map attributes, and log conflicts for resolution.
    • Run routine audits on catalogue health (images, specs, metadata) and prepare reports with enhancement recommendations.
  • Listing Creation & Launch Prep:
    • Draft initial product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for senior review; compile assets (copy, images, translations).
    • Ensure listings adhere to each marketplace’s style guide and compliance checklist before launch.
  • A/B Test & Performance Reporting:
    • Coordinate small-scale A/B tests on listing elements (images, copy variants) and help consolidate results.
    • Prepare weekly snapshots of key metrics (conversion rate, returns rate) for the team’s performance review.
  • Cross-Functional Support
    • Act as the point person for admin tasks: scheduling team calls, updating shared dashboards, and documenting SOPs
    • Liaise with Creative, Legal, and Localization vendors to keep launch timelines on track

Preferred Background:

  • 1+ years in ecommerce operations or marketplace support.
  • Solid grasp of marketplace policies, SEO basics, and product data structures.
  • Experience assisting with customer support or order processes.
  • Comfortable in Excel for data tracking and simple analysis.
  • Strong communicator in English; extra languages are a bonus.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to translation/localization workflows.
  • Basic understanding of international logistics and customs procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with seller/vendor central portals.
