Salon Receptionist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling queries via phone, WhatsApp and general correspondence
  • Greeting clients
  • Confirm appointments, manage client bookings and send reminders
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Keep track of salon supplies
  • Keeping track of the salon's daily revenue
  • Knowledge of Semi-permanent makeup services to assist client are a plus
  • Knowledge of lashes, nails & eyebrow services to assist client are a plus

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills with good telephone manners.
  • Fresha software knowledge
  • Proactive approach.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Should be presentable, well maintained and professional.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Friendly / smiling person.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
