We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic engagement. Your energetic approach will help generate leads, qualify prospects, and set the stage for successful sales conversions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and leads by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions.
  • Schedule product demos, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in developing territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales opportunities across regions.
  • Support account management initiatives by nurturing relationships with prospects and upselling where appropriate, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or business development within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques including negotiation, product demos, and upselling strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage territory sales activities independently while meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities for growth.
