• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns.
• Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.

• Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values.
• Respect real estate laws and have a thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a sales manager is preferred.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
