About the Role

The Loom Collection is seeking a passionate and responsible Sales Representative to join our studio. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service both online and in-person, helping to drive sales and foster long-term relationships with our clients.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, embraces challenges, and is committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. No two days are the same at TLC—adaptability and a proactive attitude are key!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding product and order inquiries to drive and close sales.
  • Organize and plan offline resources and brand awareness campaigns (e.g., signage, brochures, price tags, samples for clients).
  • Manage, grow, and maintain company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, execution, and community engagement.
  • Support the Design Director with product and website administration, including organizing photo/video shoots, styling, props, and editing content for digital platforms.
  • Ensure the studio is always showroom-ready for client visits by maintaining samples, merchandising, cleanliness, price tags, and overall presentation.
  • Create and promote open communication with colleagues and managers while upholding the company values, beliefs, and aesthetics in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good verbal and written English skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours from Monday–Sunday (including holidays if required).
  • Female candidates preffered

Package Offered

  • Basic salary + sales incentives (AED 6,000 – 8,000), depending on experience, competency, and leadership capabilities).
