Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our team preferably Ethiopian nationality. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Assist with receiving and arranging new stock deliveries.
  • Promote special offers and company promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
