About the Role:

YOOCHA MATCHA is looking for a friendly and organized intern to support our sales team with daily tasks and help keep things running smoothly. This role is a great opportunity to learn about sales operations and gain practical experience in a F&B industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist with booking courier services and tracking shipments
  • Support order processing and client communications
  • Answer simple questions from clients and help qualify new leads
  • Keep client information updated in our CRM system
  • Help manage stock levels and organize sales reports
  • Provide support during company events and meetings
  • Assist with sending announcements and arranging team meetings

What You’ll Learn:

  • How a sales team operates day-to-day
  • Basics of client communication and relationship building
  • Using CRM tools and handling sales data
  • Working with a team in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; both written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
