The main role is to welcome, treat and assist Customer. Ensuring that each customer receives highest level of service. the candidate should have good sales experience and inventory control.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Having good knowledge about company products to helps and advise the customers
  • Experience in food and beverage business or coffee shop
  • building customer confidence for offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Welcomes customers and always greeting with smile
  • minimum 2 years cashier experience, billing transactions, counting and day end closing.
  • Provide highest level of customer service
  • Suggest to Customers in selecting customized cakes designs and suggest the best one
  • Taking Customer orders over the phone and at the counter.
  • having good potential to study customer sweets or cake order and suggest the best option.
  • Retain knowledge and explanation about all sweets, nuts, cakes and pastries
  • having good knowledge about item code, product code, inventory and pricing
  • creative and having new ideas for making assortment or boxes of sweets and nuts.
  • good management, self confidence and presentable
  • Identify store needs and place stock request to central kitchen
  • Manage difficult situations with Customer in absence of supervisor and manage to address the problems

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience

  • living near Satwa or willing to relocate to Satwa area or walking distance to any of our branches.

  • very good knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel.
