Sales Representative – Professional Beauty Products (UAE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote the Nano Professional brand to beauty salons across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Visit existing and prospective salon clients on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or professional haircare industry is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with beauty salons in the UAE are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UAE.
