Full job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Shooting Range Safety Instructors to join our team at Global Village, Dubai. The role involves ensuring guest safety, providing proper guidance on shooting and archery activities, explaining safety procedures, and delivering an enjoyable and secure experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
- Conduct safety briefings and explain rules for target shooting, tactical shooting, and archery activities.
- Demonstrate correct handling and usage of equipment according to safety standards.
- Monitor guests during activities and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures.
- Guide guests on shooting techniques, aiming procedures, and activity instructions.
- Assist guests with equipment preparation and ensure proper usage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shooting range environment.
- Check equipment condition and immediately report any safety concerns or damages.
- Provide excellent customer service and support guest experience.
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Safety-conscious, responsible, and attentive to details.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor entertainment environment.
- Ability to manage and guide guests professionally.
- Previous experience in shooting sports, archery, adventure activities, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
