Dermatologist

Job Title: Specialist Dermatologist
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary
Refresh Biohacking Clinic is looking for an experienced Dermatologist to provide comprehensive dermatological consultations and medically appropriate skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. The physician will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their clinical and aesthetic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct dermatological consultations and comprehensive skin assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage medical dermatological conditions.
  • Assess skin, hair, and scalp concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform dermatological and aesthetic procedures within the physician's licensed scope.
  • Provide appropriate injectable and non-invasive aesthetic treatments where qualified and authorized.
  • Evaluate patients for suitable cosmetic and skin-health treatments.
  • Explain procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and informed-consent documentation.
  • Collaborate with other physicians and clinical staff.
  • Follow UAE healthcare regulations and patient-safety standards.

Requirements

  • MBBS/MD or equivalent.
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Dermatology.
  • Valid DHA or DOH license/eligibility.
  • Relevant dermatology and aesthetic experience.
  • Strong patient consultation and communication skills.
  • Experience with aesthetic dermatology is an advantage.

Common Requirements — All Positions

  • Valid DHA license/eligibility for Dubai or DOH license/eligibility for Abu Dhabi, as applicable.
  • Qualifications and experience meeting the relevant UAE professional licensing requirements.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and clinical documentation.
  • Willingness to work in a premium, patient-focused healthcare environment.
  • Experience in private clinics, aesthetic medicine, wellness, preventive healthcare, or premium healthcare settings is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
