Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating the company's overall business development, breaking down performance targets, implementing operational plans, continuously driving business growth, and increasing overall revenue.

2. Oversee the daily management and skills training of styling consultants, standardize sales scripts, service standards, and reception procedures, establish a standardized service system, and enhance team effectiveness and conversion rates.

3. Manage the full customer lifecycle service, including customer follow-up, after-sales support, and complaint handling, optimize service experience, and improve customer repurchase and referral rates.

4. Responsible for the overall display layout, scene updates, and image management of the Dubai showroom, ensuring brand visual consistency across offline touchpoints.

5. Coordinate the daily operations of overseas social media, develop and optimize advertising strategies, track campaign data and traffic conversion for review, iterate lead generation models, and increase online exposure and high-quality customer acquisition.

6. Responsible for liaising, communicating, and maintaining relationships with local chambers of commerce, government entities, and partners in Dubai, expand business resources and cooperation opportunities, and uphold the company's external brand image.

7. Coordinate various internal operational matters, consolidate work progress and business data, and complete other management tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a professional and well-presented appearance.

2. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) as working languages, capable of independently handling business coordination, government and corporate communications, client negotiations, and full English office environments. Arabic proficiency is a plus.

3. At least 3 years of experience in local team management, store operations, and brand marketing. Experience in high-end apparel customization or offline studio operations management is preferred.

4. Hands-on experience in team training, sales management, customer service, and overseas social media advertising is preferred.

5. Strong organizational, business negotiation, and resource integration skills. Proficient in multi-tasking and parallel task management, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.

1、协助统筹公司整体业务发展，拆解业绩目标，落地经营计划，持续推动业务增量、提升整体营收；

2、负责着装顾问的日常管理与技能培训，统一销售话术、服务标准与接待流程，搭建标准化服务体系，提升团队整体战力与成交率；

3、管控客户全生命周期服务，跟进客户维护、售后跟进及客诉处理，优化服务体验，提升客户复购与转介绍；

4、负责迪拜展厅的整体陈列布局、场景更新、形象管控，统一品牌线下视觉调性；

5、统筹海外社媒日常运营、广告投放策略制定与优化，跟进投放数据、流量转化复盘，迭代获客模式，提升线上曝光与精准客源；

6、负责迪拜本地商会、政府及合作方的对接、沟通与资源维护，拓展商业资源与合作机会，维护公司对外品牌形象；

7、协调公司内部各项运营事务，汇总工作进度与经营数据，完成上级交办的各项管理工作。

任职要求

1、学士学位及以上学历，形象气质良好，

2、精通中英文口语及书面表达，需作为工作语言，可独立完成商务对接、政企沟通、客户谈判及全英文办公场景,会阿拉伯语的优先；

3、3年以上本地团队管理、门店运营、品牌营销相关经验，有高端服饰定制、线下工作室运营管理经验者优先；

4、具备团队培训、销售管控、客户服务、海外社媒投放实操经验优先；

5、具备优秀的统筹能力、商务谈判能力与资源整合能力，擅长多任务并行管理，目标感强、抗压性高；
