Full job description

Purpose of the role:

The FOH Trainer is responsible for the effective training and development of all Front of House (FOH) staff in the restaurant branches. Focused solely on customer service, the role involves creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement, standardizing FOH operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive induction for FOH staff, including waiters and baristas
  • Provide ongoing support and training to FOH leaders to ensure optimal branch operation.
  • Train FOH staff in all aspects of restaurant operations as directed by the Head of Departments (HODs).
  • Enhance customer service skills aligned with the Kcal Sequence of Service.
  • Help the Training officer to develop and deliver necessary training for FOH staff to improve the overall customer experience, focusing on quality and hygiene standards
  • Motivate and lead FOH employees to consistently perform at high standards in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a skills grid for each FOH restaurant employee, tracking training and development progress.
  • Periodically audit FOH activities, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Train new FOH staff, including, cashiers and baristas, following guidance from F&B Operations Manager/Training officer.
  • Create and analyze monthly exams for all BOH staff to identify training directions.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • FOH Trainer: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
