Job Title: Assistant Manager – Restaurant (F&B)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.
  • Maintain inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
  • Well-versed with POS systems and basic reporting.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
