About the Role:
We are looking for a highly discreet, resourceful, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Chairman across both personal and light professional matters. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance — the ideal candidate will manage the CEO's personal affairs, household coordination, and day-to-day lifestyle logistics with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal & Lifestyle Support

• Manage the Chairman's personal calendar, appointments, and family commitments alongside professional schedule
• Coordinate personal travel arrangements — flights, hotels, visas, itineraries — for the Chairman and family members
• Handle personal errands, bookings, and reservations (restaurants, events, personal shopping, gifts, etc.)
• Liaise with household staff, drivers, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day home operations
• Manage personal correspondence, renewals (passports, licenses, memberships), and important document tracking
• Coordinate family-related logistics, including school/children's schedules, medical appointments, and personal events
• Assist with personal financial administration — bill payments, expense tracking, and liaising with banks/service providers as needed
• Organize personal and family events, celebrations, and milestones end-to-end

Executive/Professional Support

• Support light professional scheduling and coordination where personal and business commitments overlap
• Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman's personal and professional spheres
• Handle ad hoc requests with speed, discretion, and sound judgment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals, with strong exposure to personal/lifestyle management
• Exceptional discretion and ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple personal and professional priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable with high availability and last-minute changes
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
