Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records, files, and company documents.
  • Support HR, recruitment, payroll, and employee-related administrative work.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, government departments, and business partners when required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business activities.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information accuracy.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, assistant, coordinator, or related experience.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is required.
