Full job description

Cake Bloom Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and experience working in a café, bakery, or restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and serve cakes, desserts, and beverages.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and product recommendations.
  • Handle cashiering duties and process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, and cake displays.
  • Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waitress or service staff in a café, bakery, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cashiering.
  • Presentable, friendly, and professional.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
