Position: Waiter / Barista

Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, delivering food, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, coffee station, and work equipment.
  • Replenish stock and inform management of low inventory.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
