Job Summary

The Waiter at Mezo Cookies is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient table service. The role requires strong product knowledge of premium cookies, desserts, and beverages, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus in a professional manner
  • Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with kitchen/bar staff
  • Serve cookies, desserts, beverages, and specialty items efficiently
  • Provide detailed product knowledge (flavors, ingredients, allergens, recommendations)
  • Upsell premium items, seasonal specials, and gift boxes
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well organized
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Process payments accurately (cash, card, POS systems)
  • Follow UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards aligned with brand image

Required Skills & Qualifications
