We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor for our Al Ain branch in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving business performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently

* Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff

* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

* Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination

* Control costs and improve profitability

* Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operations

* Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and labor regulations

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

* Strong knowledge of F&B operations

* Experience working in the UAE / GCC is preferred

* Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Al Ain
