Job Title : Resturent Supervisor

Job Location : Crystal Jade Go – Mall of the Emirates

POSITION DETAILS

Educational Requirement

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field from a recognized hotel school or institution.

Preferred Work Experience

1 Year Working Experience on Chinese Restaurant Chain.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise the restaurant's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts.

· Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Crystal Jade's standards.

· Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently maintained.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.

· Monitor shift performance, staffing levels, and sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency and controlling labor costs.

· Conduct on-the-job training, coach team members, and assist with performance evaluations to improve staff productivity and service standards.

· Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery and a seamless dining experience.

· Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales objectives, and meeting overall business goals.
