Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and events management
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support budget management and operational cost control
- Implement strategies to improve service and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, events management, and customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an asset
