Restaurant Operation Manager jobs

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Job descriptions:

• Lead the overall operational function and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance standards, budgets, and operational targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business priorities.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, suppliers, and third-party partners as required.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends, solve problems, and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and drive a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Support business growth, new initiatives, and organizational change.
