About Smacks

Smacks is a fast-growing restaurant brand with 13 restaurants across the United Kingdom and an expanding international presence, including our restaurant in Dubai. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to help strengthen our brand across all locations.

This is a role supporting the marketing activities of the entire Smacks brand across both the UK and Dubai. No relocation is required.

About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping how Smacks connects with customers across multiple markets. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping build a consistent and recognisable brand.

You'll work closely with our Operations and Management teams in both the UK and Dubai to bring exciting campaigns and promotions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Smacks' social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others).
  • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, photography, and short-form videos.
  • Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across all restaurants.
  • Work with restaurant teams to capture authentic daily content and showcase the customer experience.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend creative ways to improve reach and customer interaction.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and restaurant locations.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and implement fresh ideas.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with external designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies when required.
  • Support the marketing needs of new restaurant openings and future brand expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (training can be provided).

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
  • Basic photography, videography, or editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience within hospitality, restaurants, food, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing social media accounts or assisting with marketing campaigns.
