Job Title: Marketing Executive

Objectives:

• Support the marketing department to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Enhance brand visibility and contribute to driving customer engagement across all platforms.
• Increase customer base and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marketing administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, venues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Coordinate and oversee social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and campaign performance tracking.
• Track, measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or hospitality group.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
