Full job description

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
  • Supervise front-of-house team performance, scheduling and training
  • Monitor and maintain quality, service, and presentation standards
  • Maintain highest hygiene standards
  • Assist with supplier relationships, stock management and ordering
  • Coordinate between kitchen and floor to ensure smooth service
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence
  • Contribute to programming, events and special activations as required

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:
