We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager | Fine Dining

Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a proven track record in fine dining? We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

✨ Lead daily restaurant and bar operations

✨ Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams

✨ Deliver world-class guest service and memorable dining experiences

✨ Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence

✨ Ensure the highest standards of food safety, service, and compliance

✨ Collaborate with kitchen and support teams to achieve operational success

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a fine dining leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
  • Sound knowledge of premium service, wines, cocktails, and bar operations
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, inventory, and team performance
  • Passion for excellence and creating unforgettable guest experiences
