Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and basic food preparation.
• Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards and recipes.
• Assist chefs and other kitchen team members during daily operations.
• Ensure food quality, portion size, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Properly store, label, and manage ingredients following FIFO procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment is preferred.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong awareness of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
