Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations and events management
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service standards
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support budget management and operational cost control
  • Implement strategies to improve service and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, events management, and customer service
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an asset
