We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the launch of a new international casual restaurant brand in the UAE.

The role will have overall responsibility for delivering the pre-opening project, working closely with the franchisor, business owner and franchisee’s central support team across property, fit-out, supply chain, recruitment, training, marketing and operations. Following launch, the Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operation and support future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and help secure suitable restaurant sites in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Assess locations based on commercial potential, catchment, footfall, competition, accessibility and rental levels.
• Lead the overall restaurant opening project, managing timelines, budgets, milestones and key stakeholders.
• Oversee fit-out, equipment, procurement, supply chain, licences, systems and operational set-up.
• Recruit and build the restaurant management and operational team. Lead pre-opening training in line with franchisor standards.
• Complete required training in Italy, together with the Head Chef/Chef.
• Maintain close communication with the franchisor and ensure all brand standards are implemented.
• Ensure effective communication, reporting and coordination throughout the project.
• Support the opening and operational set-up of additional UAE locations.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant operations and/or restaurant openings.
• Experience managing a restaurant pre-opening project is highly desirable.
• Experience working for branded restaurant concepts and/or franchise businesses is preferred.
• Strong project management, organisational and commercial skills.
• Strong leadership, recruitment and training capabilities.
• High standards and attention to detail, with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Fluent English required; Arabic and/or Italian would be an advantage.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
