Full job description

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the company’s finance and accounting activities while also supporting management with practical administrative and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily finance, accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, collections and reconciliations.

· Prepare management accounts, financial reports, cash-flow forecasts and budgets.

· Monitor cash flow, receivables and overall financial performance.

· Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external service providers.

· Maintain accurate financial records, controls and documentation.

· Support business licence registrations, renewals and related government processes.

· Provide practical administrative and coordination support to management.

· Assist with general business documentation and operational matters as required.

· Identify opportunities to improve financial and administrative processes.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· 3+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

· Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

· Practical knowledge of UAE business licence registrations and renewals.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Experience with Tally accounting software.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

· Knowledge or experience in US and German financial reporting is an advantage.

· Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
