  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations.
  • Preferred French Cuisine experience
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Menu engineering & seasonal special.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients.
  • Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products.
  • Handle customer feedback related to food quality when required.
