Job Summary

A leading paper packaging company in the UAE is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the paper packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of paper packaging and printing processes, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Customers

The candidate will be responsible for developing business with customers such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, supermarkets, retail chains, fashion, FMCG companies, food manufacturers, and other businesses requiring packaging solutions such as:
Paper Bags SOS and v bottom,
Food / sandwich Wrapping Papers,
Lunch Boxes, Burger Boxes, Deli Boxes & Trays
Custom Printed Paper Packaging solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region.
  • Visit potential customers, understand their packaging requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, samples, Prepare quotations, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with production and printing teams for customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of UAE sales experience in the Paper Packaging Industry (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of paper bags, food packaging, disposable packaging, and printing processes like offset, flexographic, or digital printing is preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate in Arabic at intermediate level for Abu Dhabi Position.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Mandatory Requirements:

Paper Packaging Industry experience.

UAE Driving License.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 5,000 – 5,500 per month

Benefits: Sales commission, car allowance, fuel allowance, medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits as per company policy and UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
