Position Summary

The cashier/server is responsible for providing friendly customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The role supports daily restaurant operations by maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service
  • Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Process payments (cash, card, digital) following company procedures
  • Serve food and beverages according to service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service stations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies
  • Support team members during peak hours
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and end‑of‑shift reconciliation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or F&B preferred
  • Basic POS and cash‑handling skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 5–7 kg as needed
