Job Summary:

Leo and Loona Kids Park is looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods while providing exceptional customer service in a family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience as they enter the facility.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the park’s services and activities.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Follow all cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate to the manager when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of all promotions and offers to communicate them to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
