Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders and payments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the cashier counter. Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately.

* Process cash, card, and other payment transactions.

* Issue receipts and maintain accurate billing records.

* Assist customers with menu information and promotions.

* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

* Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and cash-handling procedures.

* knowledge of using POS systems

Requirements

* Previous experience as a cashier in a cafeteria, restaurant, or retail environment is an advantage.

* Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Basic computer and POS system knowledge is preferred.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Neat appearance and professional behavior.

* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
